The guides cost nothing, and there are bodyweight swaps if the gym is far.

Who's coaching you

Jordan knows the schedule you're actually working with

Twelve-hour shifts. A commute that eats another two. Family who expect you at the table on Sunday. Most programmes are written as if none of that exists.

Jordan coaches Filipinos here and abroad. Nurses on nights, OFWs in a shared flat with one set of dumbbells, students with a barangay gym and P50 a session. The training has to survive that week, or it isn't training. It's a wish.

So the guides are built backwards from your calendar: fewer sessions, harder work, progressions you can actually follow, and food advice that doesn't start with"stop eating rice".

Men's Guide

Build visible muscle and real strength on three or four sessions a week, without the two-hour bro split.

  • Muscle-building fundamentals that actually transfer
  • Strength and power work you can load week to week
  • Fat-loss strategies that keep the muscle you built
  • Weekly split plans for 3, 4 and 5 training days
  • Beginner progressions so week one is not week ten

Women's Guide

Tone, sculpt and get strong without the fear of "getting bulky", because that is not how it works.

  • Toning and sculpting that means building, not shrinking
  • Fat-burning sessions that fit a real week
  • Core and glute work that holds up outside the gym
  • Strength without bulk, explained honestly
  • Beginner progressions from your very first session

The question everyone asks

Why choose a gender-specific guide?

Women aren't fragile and men aren't simple. The goals people actually walk in with are just different, and a plan should say so out loud.

01

Different starting goals

Most men come in wanting size and a visible upper body. Most women come in wanting a stronger lower body and a shape they like in clothes. Same principles, different emphasis in the split.

02

Different fears to clear

Men over-train the mirror muscles and skip legs. Women avoid heavy weights over a "bulky" worry that the physiology doesn't support. Each guide names its own trap and walks you past it.

03

Different weeks

Energy, recovery and the realities of a monthly cycle change what a good week looks like. The women's guide plans for that instead of pretending it away.

Built around a real week

You don't need more time. You need a better hour.

Most people quit because they were handed a six-day programme by someone whose jobis the gym. Three focused sessions beat six you'll abandon by February.

  • Sessions that fit before a shift or after the commute
  • Swaps for a crowded gym, a home setup, or nothing but a mat
  • A simple way to know you're progressing without a spreadsheet
  • Filipino food kept on the menu, rice included

Before you ask

Quick answers

Is the guide really free?

Yes. There's no paid programme to upsell you into, not yet anyway. Right now the guides are how Jordan meets people who might train with him later.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Especially for you. Both guides open with beginner progressions, so week one really is week one, not a workout written for someone three years in.

Do I have to give up rice?

No. Any coach who tells a Filipino to quit rice has already lost you, and knows it. The guides cover portioning and timing so the food you grew up with stays on the plate.

What if I only have dumbbells at home?

Every session lists a home swap. Plenty of people run the whole first block with one pair of dumbbells and a bit of floor.

How fast will the guide arrive?

Instantly. Sign up, check your inbox, download. If it's not there in two minutes, look in spam or promotions and drag it across.
